Fun Family Friendly Backyard Summer Activities

Now that school’s out for summer, kids will be spending a lot more time at home. Instead of letting them stay indoors with TV and video games, try some of these family friendly outdoor activities. These activities are fun, exciting, and bound to get your kids outside for the summer.

3. Backyard Scrabble. This is a great game to get family and friends of all ages involved. It is fairly simple to make and lots of fun to play. Check out the DIY info here:

5. Oversized Matching Game! This one is great for the younger kids and for everyone to play as a family. It is inexpensive to make and you can even have the kids help to make the game pieces.
