ServiceMaster by Bailey Celebrates its 5th Year as a Best Pick!
ServiceMaster by Bailey has been approved to be featured in the Best Pick Reports books for the 5th year in a row and we are very excited! Best Pick Reports is a free annual guide that goes out to homeowners in North Metro Atlanta. It features independently researched and recommended home service providers. With Best Pick Reports, homeowners receive free, objective, third-party data that enables you to identify top-quality companies servicing your neighborhood. Best Pick Reports has a 6-step company screen process used to determine which companies can become a part of their publication. Here is a snap shot of that process:
Research - performs interviews with the company’s previous customers to gather information and reviews.
Grading - Companies must receive an A rating based on the reviews gathered from previous customers.
Credentials – All companies must hold current licenses and insurance.
Invitation – Companies are invited into the publication. They cannot buy a best pick status.

Re-qualification – Every company must re-qualify through the same 5 steps listed above every single year.
